How to archive items manually?
It is important to mention that all email accounts have the option of archiving items thanks to the AutoArchive feature provided by Outlook.com. However, if you want archive all your items manually; you can do it without any problem. If you do so, you are allowed to choose which item you want to archive, where to store it, and more. For some versions, you will be required to find the File option, and the tap the Info option. After doing so, you have to find the Cleanup Tools, and the select the Archive button.
If you are using one of the latest versions of Outlook, you have to look for the File option, and then tap the Info button. Later, find the Tools option and select the Clean up old items button. Nevertheless, you have to make sure that your mail profile is not connected to an Exchange Server. If this is the case, the AutoArchive option will not be available for your email account.
