How to send an instant message?

First and foremost, you have to tap the online status icon of the user you want to contact. Look for the Instant Message option or for Send an IM. In case you do not find one of these options, look for a speech bubble. Then, redact your email message and click the Send button to send the message.

Furthermore, if you have opened a message, you have the option of replying with another message to the user who sent you the first one. To do so, you are required to look for the Message tab and tap the IM option. After doing so, you have to press the Reply with IM option or the Reply all with IM.
